Good day, I received my parcel yesterday and was happy for receiving it promptly. I do have a problem, as the coloured stripes on comforters is not true to the pictures. I ordered two single/quarter Whisper stripes with yellow, blue, maroon/red, lemon green stripes in, which would go well with my curtains. But the ones I received, had different coloured stripes in. I am a pensioner and can not afford sending back and forth to have this changed. Is there something that can be done to rectify this problem? I love the material, the lightness of the comforters, just the colours of stripes is the problem.

I was so anxious buying this curtains it looked so amazing on their website. I called there store and I received such lovely service from a lady who made me feel rest assured. Wow I received my more in no time .
The curtains are gorgeous and the quality is amazing I can’t wait to hang them . You won’t find curtains like these in a Mr Price etc and it’s affordable.

Awesome service from you and your team. Im giving you a four because of the quality of the orange and the creamy yellow, i believe the quality is not a 144 thread but some sort of polyester of which its so disappointing. Kindly improve on those, other than that your service is amazing and thank you for your communication updates when one of the items ive ordered was out of stock.

The communication is a bit offish because they never responded to my email, and took two days to respond to my WhatsApp. But other than that the purchase process is straight forward, even the payment is easy. The delivery was also seamless. I opted for the BobBox delivery service and it was delivered within 5 days. I was very anxious about the order cos it was my first time ordering from them so I was scared they'd get it wrong or mess up my order but they met my expectations.
As for the curtain I ordered... Absolutely beautiful. The texture. The colour. Everything was on point. I am in love with my new purchase, I cannot wait to hang it up, I would definitely recommend Hometouch Africa and I will definitely be buying from them again.
