The communication is a bit offish because they never responded to my email, and took two days to respond to my WhatsApp. But other than that the purchase process is straight forward, even the payment is easy. The delivery was also seamless. I opted for the BobBox delivery service and it was delivered within 5 days. I was very anxious about the order cos it was my first time ordering from them so I was scared they'd get it wrong or mess up my order but they met my expectations.
As for the curtain I ordered... Absolutely beautiful. The texture. The colour. Everything was on point. I am in love with my new purchase, I cannot wait to hang it up, I would definitely recommend Hometouch Africa and I will definitely be buying from them again.
